Hannah & Mike

Hannah and Mike’s wonderful wedding in Somerset was really lovely in every way but the icing on the cake was when they drove away from the Church in this vintage Citroen 2CV and were stopped by a herd of cows being moved by the farmer!

Hannah and Mike’s ceremony was at the Church in North Cadbury, one of my favourite Churches because it is so light and architecturally impressive, and it was perfectly set off by the stunning flowers in milk churns.

The Church also provides the perfect confetti path leading up to the little gateway and onto North Cadbury Court’s drive.

It was so helpful to be able to use North Cadbury Court’s lake and shepherd’s hut as backdrops for our just married photos before leaving for the reception at Mike’s parents’ house.

Meanwhile, back at the marquee, Mike’s family and friends had kitted out the trestle tables with stunning country flowers. Mike’s family farm provided wonderful rustic barn doors for couple shots and a beautiful orchard gate for golden hour photos of the newly-weds.
